Akide Quest — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, Perpa Panda tarafından geliştirilen Akide Quest ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Topladığımız veriler

• Anonim hesap kimliği: Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda, e-posta veya şifre gerektirmeyen anonim bir hesap oluşturulur.
• Oyuncu adı (isteğe bağlı): Liderlik tablosunda görünmesi için kendi seçtiğiniz takma ad.
• Ülke kodu: Yalnızca bölgesel liderlik sıralaması için, IP adresinizden türetilir; ham IP adresi saklanmaz.
• Oyun ilerlemesi: Bölüm tamamlama durumu, skorlar, yıldızlar ve cihazlar arası senkronizasyon için bulut yedeği.
• Satın alma kayıtları: Uygulama içi satın alma yaptığınızda, işlemi doğrulamak için ürün kimliği ve işlem kimliği RevenueCat ve ilgili mağaza (Apple App Store / Google Play) aracılığıyla işlenir. Kart/ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
• Platform kimliği (isteğe bağlı): Google Play Games, Game Center veya Facebook hesabınızı bağlarsanız, ilerlemenizi cihazlar arası taşımak için o platformun oyuncu kimliği anonim hesabınızla ilişkilendirilir.
• Profil fotoğrafı (isteğe bağlı): Google Play Games veya Game Center hesabınızda bir profil fotoğrafı varsa, oyuncu adınızın yanında görünmek üzere küçültülmüş (128×128) bir kopyası sunucumuzda saklanır. Bu fotoğraf sıralama ekranında diğer oyunculara görünür — tıpkı oyuncu adınız gibi. Fotoğrafınızın görünmesini istemiyorsanız, Play Games / Game Center hesabınızdaki profil fotoğrafını kaldırabilir veya bize yazabilirsiniz; o durumda oyun sizin için renkli bir şeker simgesi gösterir.
• Facebook ile giriş (isteğe bağlı): Facebook hesabınızı bağlamayı seçerseniz Facebook'tan temel profil bilgisi (Facebook kullanıcı kimliğiniz, adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız) ve e-posta adresiniz alınır. Bunlar hesabınızı tanımak ve aynı ilerlemeye başka bir cihazdan erişmenizi sağlamak için kullanılır. Arkadaş listenize, gönderilerinize veya başka hiçbir Facebook verinize erişmiyoruz; sizin adınıza hiçbir paylaşım yapmıyoruz. Bağlantıyı istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.
• Temel oyun içi telemetri: Öğretici/bölüm etkileşimleri gibi anonim kullanım olayları, oyunu iyileştirmek amacıyla toplanır.

Toplamadığımız veriler

Konum (hassas), rehber/kişi listesi, kamera, mikrofon, reklam kimliği veya tarayıcı geçmişi toplamıyoruz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam SDK'sı bulunmamaktadır.

Verilerin paylaşımı

Verileriniz yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için gerekli hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: veritabanı/altyapı ve kimlik doğrulama için Supabase, satın alma doğrulama için RevenueCat ve ilgili mağaza (Apple/Google). Facebook ile girişi kullanırsanız kimlik doğrulama sırasında Meta Platforms ile veri alışverişi olur. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla satılmaz veya üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz.

Veri saklama ve silme

Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın ve ilişkili tüm verilerin silinmesini istiyorsanız:

1. perpapanda@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
2. E-postada oyun içindeki oyuncu adınızı yazın. Facebook ile giriş yaptıysanız, talebi Facebook hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden gönderin.
3. Talebinizi 30 gün içinde işleme alır ve tamamlandığında size dönüş yaparız. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz; oyun ilerlemeniz, skorlarınız ve bağlı platform kimlikleriniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

Yalnızca Facebook bağlantısını kaldırmak isterseniz (hesabınızı silmeden), Facebook'ta Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve Web Siteleri bölümünden Akide'yi kaldırabilirsiniz.

Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz. Bir ebeveyn/vasi olarak çocuğunuzun bize veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

Akide Quest — Kullanım Koşulları

Kabul

Akide Quest'i indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ve yukarıdaki Gizlilik Politikasını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Kullanım hakkı

Perpa Panda size Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, kaynak koduna dönüştüremez, değiştiremez veya oyunun işleyişini bozacak araçlar kullanamazsınız.

Hesap ve davranış

Seçtiğiniz oyuncu adı liderlik tablolarında görünür; hakaret içeren, yanıltıcı veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden adları kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır. Oyunu hile, otomatik araç veya sunucu manipülasyonuyla oynamaya çalışan hesapların ilerlemesini sıfırlayabilir veya erişimini kesebiliriz.

Uygulama içi satın almalar

Uygulama, jeton ve güçlendirici gibi sanal öğeler satın alınabilen isteğe bağlı satın almalar içerir. Sanal öğelerin gerçek para karşılığı yoktur, gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve devredilemez. Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Bölümleri, ekonomiyi ve özellikleri güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Akide Quest — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to Akide Quest ("the App"), developed by Perpa Panda. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Anonymous account ID: When you first open the App, an anonymous account is created — no email or password required.
• Player name (optional): A nickname you choose, shown on leaderboards.
• Country code: Derived from your IP address for regional leaderboard purposes only; the raw IP address is not stored.
• Game progress: Level completion status, scores, stars, and a cloud backup for cross-device sync.
• Purchase records: When you make an in-app purchase, the product ID and transaction ID are processed via RevenueCat and the relevant store (Apple App Store / Google Play) to verify the transaction. We never receive your payment card details.
• Platform identity (optional): If you link Google Play Games, Game Center, or Facebook, that platform's player ID is linked to your anonymous account to carry your progress across devices.
• Profile picture (optional): If your Google Play Games or Game Center account has a profile picture, a downscaled copy (128×128) is stored on our servers so it can appear next to your player name. This picture is visible to other players on the leaderboard, just like your player name. If you would rather it were not shown, you can remove the picture from your Play Games / Game Center account or write to us; the game then shows a colourful candy icon instead.
• Facebook Login (optional): If you choose to link your Facebook account, we receive your basic profile (your Facebook user ID, name, and profile picture) and your email address. These are used to recognise your account and let you reach the same progress from another device. We do not access your friend list, your posts, or any other Facebook data, and we never post on your behalf. You can remove the link at any time.
• Basic in-game telemetry: Anonymous usage events (e.g. tutorial/level interactions) collected to improve the game.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. The App contains no third-party advertising SDK.

Data sharing

Your data is only shared with the service providers necessary to run the App: Supabase for database/infrastructure and authentication, RevenueCat and the relevant store (Apple/Google) for purchase verification. If you use Facebook Login, data is exchanged with Meta Platforms during authentication. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data:

1. Send an email to perpapanda@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Include your in-game player name. If you signed in with Facebook, send the request from the email address linked to your Facebook account.
3. We process requests within 30 days and confirm once complete. Deletion is irreversible: your game progress, scores, and linked platform identities are permanently removed.

If you only want to remove the Facebook link (without deleting your account), you can remove Akide under Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided us data, please contact us.

Akide Quest — Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading or using Akide Quest you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy above. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

Licence to use

Perpa Panda grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or modify the App, or use tools that interfere with how the game works.

Account and conduct

The player name you choose is shown on leaderboards; we reserve the right to remove names that are abusive, misleading, or infringe someone else's rights. We may reset progress or withdraw access for accounts that use cheats, automation, or server manipulation.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional purchases of virtual items such as tokens and boosters. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; refund requests are subject to that store's refund policy.

Availability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove levels, the in-game economy, and features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When a material change is made, the "Last updated" date on this page changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
